How can I place an order on your website?

To place an order, simply browse our product catalog and select the items you wish to purchase. Then proceed as follows:

1. Add the products to your cart
2. Follow the instructions to complete your payment

How do pre-orders work?

Some products offered on the Website may be available for pre-order. This option is clearly indicated on the relevant product page, along with an estimated delivery date. Full payment is required at the time of pre-order.

Delivery times are indicative and may be subject to change. In the event of a significant delay, Markhor will inform the Customer by email. Orders containing pre-order products will only be shipped once all items in the order are available. Partial shipments are not possible.

If the Customer wishes to cancel the order before shipment, they may contact customer service for a possible refund, in accordance with Article L216-2 of the French Consumer Code.

For standard home deliveries, orders placed before 2 pm will be dispatched the same day and will be received within 3 to 5 working days.

For express home deliveries, orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same day and will be received within 1 to 2 working days.

For deliveries to collection points, orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same day and will be received within 3 to 5 working days.

My order is not satisfactory, what is your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused products within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund.
