Processing Times

All orders placed before 2:00 PM are prepared and shipped the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays), subject to product availability.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We deliver within mainland France using the following carriers:

• UPS Home Delivery (Express): 1 business day
• Colissimo Pickup Point: 2 business days
• DPD Home Delivery (Signature Required): 2 business days

We deliver within the European Union using the following carriers:

• UPS Home Delivery (Express)
• Colissimo Pickup Point

A tracking number will be provided as soon as your order has been shipped.

Shipping Costs

• Free shipping on orders over €180 (mainland France only).
• For orders below this amount, shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the selected delivery method.

Returns & Exchanges

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable regulations, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and return one or more products without providing any reason.

Return Conditions

Returned items must:

• Be new, unused, with all original tags attached, and in their original undamaged packaging.

Damaged, incomplete, used, or soiled products will not be eligible for return.

Return Procedure

1. Contact our customer service team at contact@markhor.fr to inform us of your return request and obtain a return form.
2. Once your return has been approved, send the products to the address indicated on the return label.

Return Validation

Returns will be processed within 2 business days of receipt. You will be informed of the status and progress of your return.
